Postage and delivery
To ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition, orders up to £20 are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class, while orders between £21 and £75 are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
If you’d like to upgrade to 1st Class delivery, purchase more than one item, arrange free Click & Collect from Frome, Somerset, or send a gift directly to someone special, please feel free to send me a message before placing your order.

My porcelain heart-shaped pendant, elegantly suspended on a sterling silver chain, features a striking red heart design highlighted with non-toxic gold ink detailing.
Carefully handmade with love this heart is crafted and finished with a sterling silver jump ring on a sterling silver chain. No two pendants are identical, making each one truly special.

Porcelain is the strongest of all clays and is fired up to 1260°C (2300°F) for durability.
Each piece is:
1. Hand formed and first fired
2. Smoothed and refined by hand sanding
3. Under glazed and finished with a clear glaze
4. Fired again to a top temperature of 1260°C in an electric kiln
This process creates jewellery that is both delicate in appearance and made to last for many years when cared for properly.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
To keep your jewellery in its best condition:
- Remove before washing and avoid water, perfume, or sprays.
- Clean chain with a silver polishing cloth.
- Clean porcelain gently with a toothbrush

Your necklace arrives gift ready in a black gift box, tied with white satin ribbon, with an anti-tarnish silver storage strip included (keep away from children)
