Christmas Orders & Black Friday
A little note for Christmas shoppers and to let my lovely customers know that I won't be participating in Black Friday this year, or offering a Black Friday discount.
I'm a small, independent maker. Every piece of glass is made to order, so I don't have huge quantities sitting here ready to ship in a sale just before Christmas, and handmade takes a little longer.
Rather than waiting until the end of November to see if prices are reduced, ordering early is the safest way to make sure I have time to make it for you and to get your order on its way before the Christmas post deadlines.
Thank you so much for choosing handmade and supporting my small business this Christmas. Every order really does mean a lot.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A heartfelt gift, this Glass Pocket Heart comes on a postcard with an envelope, making it easy to send directly to your recipient. If you'd like, I can add a personal message to the back of the postcard for you. Handmade in the UK using high-quality, fully tested and compatible art glass, fused in a kiln.
Measuring approximately 3.5 x 4cm, this glass heart is the perfect size to carry with you. The postcard measures 10.5 x 15cm.
Choose from four different card messages:
- Option 1 - Here's a little heart for you to carry on your way, to know that I am here for you every single day.
- Option 2 - Here's a little hug to keep for the times when we're apart, to remind you what you mean to me and that you're always in my heart.
- Option 3 - Here's a little heart for while I can't be there, pop it in your pocket and know that I care.
- Option 4 - Here's a little pocket heart please keep me safe and close, then it will be there with you when you need it most.
Please note that each heart is handmade, so slight variations may occur from the pictures shown. While I usually have a few of these pre-made and ready to post, it may take 2-3 working days for me to ship it out if not.
