About this item
A perfectly clear seaglass shard washed ashore amid the stones in Nice, France - the shape or a Christmas tree created the backdrop to the design. Seaglass is fascinating for me, for it is a discarded glass piece that gets tumbled in the sea for months on end, just to wash up on the shore. What at one point was rubbish, is now a polished piece of glass ready for repurposing. This pendant is made using tarnish resistant silver plated copper wire, creating a design that is unique in the world. The pendant is 5 cm long and 3 cm wide. The design and the weaving makes for a dual sided pendant, the wearer receiving 2 pendants for the price of one. The pendant will come paired with silver plated chain, ready to be worn from the organza pouch it will come packaged in. If you wish to change the packaging to a jewellery box, please message me and will upgrade it free of charge.
