Many of the pieces I make are made to order and the shipping time is a 'worse case scenario' estimate - I will often make and send items quicker than indicated, although things do sometimes slow down at busy times. If you want something urgently, just message me and I'll confirm if I can meet your deadline. I send most of my items via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service, unless otherwise indicated on the item's listing.

Cats are not the easiest loved ones to buy for - most of them have a fairly limited range of interest that generally involves eating, sleeping, hunting playing and hairball management. You might think that the humans the cats live with are easy to buy for because you can just buy them some cute kitty note cards or a book telling them everything they already know about cats but, au contraire! We cat carers are not always so keen on those cat themed gifts as you might think...
As a cat lover and slave myself for many years, I know that most cats love to exercise their hunting instincts through play with their human slaves, and many of them are encouraged to do this via the delights of catnip and toys that smell, feel and look like real prey, like feathers, for example.
This kind of play is healthy for kitty and strengthens the bonds between them and their human slaves, who will probably buy an inordinate number of garishly coloured cat toys from pet shops over the years!
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Buying for cats can be surprisingly difficult. Most cats have a fairly limited range of interests involving eating, sleeping, hunting, playing and the occasional hairball, while many cat lovers already own enough cat-themed mugs, notebooks and tea towels to last a lifetime!
I originally designed these toys for my own cats after years of watching them ignore expensive pet-shop toys in favour of feathers from the garden, balls of wool and other "found" treasures. After gifting sets to friends and their cats, I realised they made a wonderful present for both experienced cat servants and new cat owners alike.
The Kitty Cuddle Collection contains three handmade toys designed to encourage healthy play, exercise natural hunting instincts and create fun bonding time between cats and their humans.
The Catnip Cuddle Whale is made from strong cotton ticking with hand-stitched details, filled with soft stuffing and quality catnip. Perfect for kicking, wrestling, hugging and even curling up with for a nap.
The Sheepy Ball is crocheted from undyed eco wool and stuffed with soft carded wool and catnip. Measuring approximately 8.5 inches (21.5cm) in circumference, it's ideal for rolling, chasing and pouncing. Natural cream, brown and grey shades vary from set to set.
The Feather Fascinator is designed to mimic the movement of a bird in flight, encouraging active play and exercise. Made with high-quality pheasant feathers from a Scottish supplier, it attaches to a wooden wand via a strong cord and swivel clip. Please supervise play with this toy and do not leave it with cats unattended.
If you're buying for a particularly lucky feline, I can create a custom order with additional whales, sheepy balls or a supersized sheepy ball.
