This shop only sells in England, Wales & Scotland. Use the Contact button to request a delivery upgrade for Fast Delivery. I print cards onto English acid free, archival watercolour paper, prepared for digital print on both sides. Cards are blank inside for your own message. They are packed in compostable clear bags. Prints are on digital fine art papers. I specialise in hand sewing silk and natural fibres for apparel. I often re-use packaging or use eco sugar cane mailing bags to send orders.

The price will vary depending on the type of silk used for the dress and for any additions to the design such as lining. Message me for price and style details before purchase please so that I can make a custom listing for you.

Silk dupion bridesmaid dress, wedding dress or ballgown/prom dress with fitted bodice, silk ribbon straps and full skirt with uneven hem. Original design and pattern created by me, made to order and hand stitched.
The dress has a concealed zip at the back.
The bodice is two layers of dupion with side seam bones, the skirt just one layer of red silk.
An ivory or pale colour would need lining and lining would add more fullness to the skirt if it is a colour. Tulle underskirt can also be added as well as more bones and pads to the bodice, but please note I only do lightweight padding and soft bones, not corsetry. Dresses sit on the body best if a bra or corset is worn under the dress rather than inside the dress. Lining, tulle and more bodice support will add to the cost of the dress, ask for more details.
I have fabric trade suppliers so can source many silks for dresses and gowns; in white, ivory as well as many colours.
Made to order only so posted when finished rather than when you order it from Folksy. Allow approximately 1 to 3 months for a simple gown like this to be made, more notice may be needed if lots of tulle, lining and corsetry is required, depending on how busy I am. I may be able to make it quicker depending on supplier silk stocks and my schedule.
