Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Each frame is individually crafted in a small workshop and hand finished to a satin sheen. They are complete with gallery standard anti-reflective, UV protective acrylic fronts. You can choose to reverse the acrylic to give the reflective appearance of glass. They also have a bevel cut mount board (if you wish, you can specify the aperture required in the mount board). The backboard complete with strut is simply held in place with turn buttons and sawtooth hangers allow you to hang the frame in either portrait or landscape positions.
The frame size listed is the glass size not the mount board aperture size.
An 8" x 6" frame comes with a mount board best suited to a 6" x 4" print
(As stated earlier, because I cut them myself you can also select your own mount board aperture size to suit your print)
No two frames will be the same as grain and knots will vary. The frames in the photographs are a good representation of the frame you will receive.
