Because of the way I have cut the handle from the body of this mug, it is particularly comfortable to be held in the left hand.
Of course you can try to hold it in the right hand as well....but it isn't as comfortable!
I threw this cup on my pottery wheel, using strong off-white speckled stoneware clay, then I cut out and formed the handle from the body of the mug.
Finished in a lovely speckled turquoise aquamarine reactive glaze.
Height....9.5cm.
Width of rim....8.5cm.
Weight ....390g.
Volume....410mls
Foodsafe glazes......dishwasher, microwave and oven safe.
