About this item
A small, 8" / 20cm square, decorative cushion with an inner pocket containing a lavender sachet. Leave it on your pillow for a lavender-scented night's sleep, or let it sit decoratively on top of blankets to keep the moths away. You could even keep it close to where you work for a quick, calming cuddle when the day gets stressful. The whole cushion is hand sewn - the embroidery of a little egret and its chick on the front, the cushion itself and the lavender sachet within. The cushion fastens with an envelope closure at the back and there is a small pocket within the lower flap to contain the lavender sachet. I design cross stitch patterns and so have a cupboard full of completed projects. I decided to give them a new life by turning them into cushions, hence the reason why only one of these wren cushions is available. All the fabric used in the cushion cover is cotton; the cushion inner has a polypropylene cover and polyester filling. The cushion inner is sponge clean only; the cushion cover is hand wash only.
