You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

As each item is handmade to order, returns & cancellations are not generally accepted once work has begun, but in some circumstances I’ll certainly try my best to work with you should this happen If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14 days of receipt and I will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item where appropriate
