About this item
A bright and textured framed seascape. Early morning on an empty beach on the South Cornish coast with not a sole around. I always mix me paints on the canvas rather then in advance. This piece was painted during one of our heatwaves this summer and I love the fact that the paint was drying so quickly that I wasn't able to blend it as I usually do and therefore it has this lovely textured feel. A cheerful painting full of light and colour to brighten any home. Dimentions: Painting is 24.5x29.5cm and with the frame it's 39x44cm

I am drawn to places where you can walks for hours and not meet another person, it isn't that I am anti-social but I love feeling alone in a place. You can really get to know somewhere on a one to one bases, listening to the wind and waves, smelling the fresh clean air, seeing the colours and light change and being really in tune and in the moment. So even in a poplar place loke the Cornish coastline specially near the Lizard, early morning is the best time to explore.
