You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
As each item is handmade to order, returns & cancellations are not generally accepted once work has begun, but in some circumstances I'll certainly try my best to work with you should this happen. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14days of receipt & I will work with you to repair, replace or refund the item where appropriate

I've always been fascinated by the moon and stars. Ever since I was a child, I've loved looking up at the night sky, watching the stars and gazing at the moon, wondering at the beauty and magic of the universe. Living in the Norfolk countryside, not far from the sea, I'm lucky to be surrounded by the natural beauty that inspires so much of my jewellery. There's something wonderfully peaceful about being outdoors beneath a starry sky, or watching the moon cast its silvery light across the water. These are the moments and feelings I try to capture in my jewellery. Moon O'er The Sea was inspired by my love of the moon, the sea and those quiet moments when you stop, look up and feel connected to something bigger than yourself. I hope this little piece of celestial jewellery brings you some of that same sense of wonder, wherever you are.
