Halloween Woodland Pixie

The pixies began as a quiet idea on a day when I needed a small spark of magic. I had been thinking about the way certain objects — the handmade ones, the ones stitched with intention — can shift the feeling of a room. Not because they’re perfect, but because they carry a little soul. I imagined a tiny woodland pixie who might bring that feeling to life: playful enough to make you smile, gentle enough to sit comfortably among your décor, and charming enough to feel like he’d wandered in from a mossy clearing just beyond sight. So I gathered cotton, felt, and the colours of the forest. As I shaped his little face and stitched his clothes, he started to take on a personality of his own — a mix of mischief and kindness, the sort of pixie who would tuck himself onto a shelf and quietly watch over the home. The pixies were made to remind people of small joys: the rustle of leaves, the comfort of handmade things, the belief that a bit of luck can be invited in with open hands.
