‘Here comes Gerald’ Reduction Lino Print

Introducing Gerald, he's an inquisitive Blue Footed Booby and here's here to supervise. A 3 layer reduction print combined with a blind embossed background. A reduction print uses one Lino block where more Lino is carved away, or reduced, with each layer of colour printed. At the end you are left with a block that can't be reused, making the edition number limited to how many you initially print. Print size 40 x 30 cm Limited edition of 6. Supplied unmounted. Each print is designed, carved and printed by hand so slight variations in texture and tone make each piece unique and part of its charm. Fabriano Rosapina Avoria 285gsm acid free paper and highly pigmented archival quality ink ensures every Gerald will be perfect for many years. Carefully packaged in recyclable packaging and using a biodegradable cellophane sleeve, ready to gift or display.
