Hello!- thanks for checking out our items! ceramic mugs are stoneware in mixed glaze colours- all ready to ship and mostly one offs! (generally discontinued designs) we are a collective (family and friends) of artists and makers who have decided to empty out all the good stuff we have been hanging on to (you know, the favourite bits!) because they have been sitting there taking up space and we have loads of new things to make. There are no refunds on earrings. Everything issent out in pretty plastic free wrapping to make great surprise gifts for loved ones, we can even add a little note from you. second item is postage free

This item will be posted to you by penelope bailey ltd within 1 day of receiving payment.
Useful Information
You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
no returns on earrings or discounted items Please inspect ceramics on day of delivery as we are not able to accept returns for breakages unless they are straight out of the box. We also will need the item returned to us to verify any faults, photo evidence is not sufficient any longer. (royal mail will collect from outside your house if you are at work)
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
