Unlined Inner Tube Bag - Pink Zip and Writing - Wipe Clean Zip Storage Bag

This zippered bag is handmade by me from punctured bicycle inner tubes. It makes the most of the tubes' rounded shape. It's great for things that might be a bit messy like tools, paint tubes, markers or lotions. Being made from old bike tubes, it isn't suitable for use with food or things like unprotected toothbrushes. This bag features an metal zip with pink zip tape and some writing stamped on one side from the inner tube's previous life. While that says 'Made in Vietnam' that refers to the inner tube itself - I made the bag itself in Shropshire! It's been stamped with my business name inside and logo outside. I don't consider these marks, writing, wear, texture, etc faults - they make every piece one of a kind! Inner tube is a resilient flexible material and can be scrunched up without damaging it. In most of the photos, the bags contain a bit of stuffing to give you a better sense of its shape, but it'll adjust to reflect what you have in it and not always look so rounded. The tubes are sourced from local bike shops. They'd normally end up in landfill as most people wouldn't pay a mechanic's time to do a puncture repair - instead a new one's fitted and the old one discarded. These have been saved from that fate, helping the bike shops reduce its waste and keeping useful materials out of landfill. It'll be sent with one of my business cards and a slip with information about my business and looking after your bag. I ship everything in plastic-free packaging. It'll be sent flat to save you money on postage. While all inner tubes are washed thoroughly before being remade into new products, they may still mark light surfaces. NB: Ignore any white dots in the photos. Those are stickers for stocktaking purposes and shouldn't be on the item you receive.
