SOLD Sewing needle case with reclaimed cross stitch country scene

About this item

Description

Use this little book to keep your sewing needles neat and close at hand. I bought this cross stitch in a charity shop a couple of years ago, and it's a scene of a little girl in Edwardian style dress with a basket of flowers and bicycle. I've repurposed it to make the front cover of this needlecase. The reverse and the inside is dark blue cotton printed with small cream motif, and fabric has been backed with fusible fleece. Inside are two leaves of white felt to hold needles and there is a cream, dome-shaped button with loop fastening to hold the case closed. Measures approx 9.5cm x 14cm when closed. This item is one of a kind and is ready to ship. I usually send out next day using second class postal service in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, so if you would prefer first class, please get in touch. Your item will be wrapped in new tissue paper, whilst the outer packaging might be recycled.
