This elegant burgundy Regency feathered headpiece is inspired by the graceful plume ornaments and fashionable hair adornments of the Regency era. Designed to sit high on the side or back of the head, it makes a beautiful statement for a Jane Austen Festival, Regency ball or period-inspired occasion. Created with soft cranberry ostrich feathers and fluffy feathers, a burgundy lace ruffle and satin ribbon ruffle, it is finished with pretty burgundy pearls. Long satin ribbons in rich burgundy shades trail from the back in elegant tails and loops, adding a lovely Regency flourish. The headpiece is backed with burgundy felt and fitted with a 56mm metal crocodile clip, covered with felt for a neat finish. Simply clip into an updo or pinned hairstyle.
