Hi! I create hand-drawn portraits of homes in either black & white (in Ink) or in colour (in Watercolour). A wonderful bespoke gift, especially as a housewarming present. Preferably, I would like to work off a good photograph of the home/building. I will first sketch a draft in pencil on 170gsm art paper, and then send you a picture of the draft. Once you are happy, I will then finish off the piece in ink and/or watercolour. I will then put the finished work into a picture mount (Please note that A4 drawings will not include a mount as I found that mounting that size will create a larger package that is at risk of damage during postage. Thanks!) and send it off in the post to you. This Folksy listing is new but my listing on Etsy has been up for 2 years and I have been lucky to have receive many kind 5 star reviews.
