You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

My jewellery is handmade using natural copper and brass wire. Please be aware that copper may naturally change colour or develop a patina over time due to exposure to air, moisture, skin oils and everyday wear. This is a natural characteristic of the metal, not a defect. Copper wire is also a relatively soft material. Bending, crushing or changing the shape of the jewellery through improper handling, excessive force or accidental damage is not considered a manufacturing fault. Please handle your jewellery with care and store it in a dry place when not wearing it. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, chemicals and household cleaning products. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
