Description

Mudlarked real oyster shell and mother-of-pearl button brooch. The oyster shell and MoP button are both foreshore finds mudlarked from the river Thames, which I've hand-embellished with beads and embroidery. A brooch pin is stitched to the reverse, making use of a naturally occurring hole through the oyster shell. The brooch measures 4.5 x 3.5cm approximately.
