How to Use First burn: Allow the wax to melt to the full edge of the glass on the first burn (approximately 2–3 hours). This prevents tunnelling and ensures an even burn throughout the candle’s life. Trim the wick: Before each burn, trim the cotton wick to approximately 5mm. This keeps the flame clean and steady and extends burn time. Burn time: Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time. Allow the candle to cool fully before relighting. Safety: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from draughts, children, and pets. Place on a heat-resistant surface. I don't normally buy fragrance without an opportunity to smell it first, but the description on this sounded so enticing, I'm glad I took a chance. I love the scent and you only need one spray, it's got great lasting power.
