You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

All items are handmade with care and checked before dispatch. As handmade products may vary slightly in colour, shape and finish, small differences are part of the individual character of each piece. Please check all measurements and product details before ordering. Jewellery should be kept away from water, perfume, lotions and household chemicals where possible. Store your jewellery in a dry place when not being worn. Orders are carefully packaged to help protect them during delivery.
