About this item
This pendant was created as part of one of my botanical collections and contains pressed cow parsley. Each piece of jewellery starts out life as an A4 mixed media painting that comprises of a mixture of textures from print blocks, printed leaves from my garden, and hand drawn motives. Some times there are also sections of pressed flowers and leaves incorporated in to each design. In this pendant there are pieces of Cow Parsley. This pendant was hand cut from the original art work and made up of three layers-eco plant based resin, card and wood veneer. The pendant is combined with 8mm Phoebe Wood, Matrix Turquoise and Bodhi Seed Beads which are threaded on to a Beadalon beading wire to retain its shape. Brass plated beads are also incorporated.
