You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I make all my jewellery strong and secure, and it really will not break easily. My pieces are made to last, and will last if looked after. However I recommend for some of my more delicate/dainty pieces, that they are not worn whilst sleeping or exercising in case of damage as no refund can be given for pieces that have been put under stress. I mostly use natural stones in my jewellery, and certain stones/crystals and minerals can be affected/change appearance when coming into contact with fragrances, chemicals, strong sunlight, sea/pool water etc. I will advise in listings if special care is needed with certain stones, but please research the stone in your Jewellery and make sure you know how to take care of it, as no refund can be given for Jewellery/stones that have not been cared for.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
