I discovered Magnesium products by way of the internet and as I already made balms etc I decided to see how easy it was to add magnesium to these, I have to say I feel better after the spray or Body Butter is applied but of course we are all different, what works for me might not for others.
As with any new product do a PATCH TEST first, and stop if irritation occurs. Only rub onto areas as required, and rub in avoiding the eyes, nose and mouth. Can be used after a bath or shower or part of your daily routine, after exercise or before bed to get full potential of product. You may feel a slight tingle as it is applied this is normal and will wear off after application.
