All boxes in the Ultra-thin range of 10.6cm square boxes now come with a specially designed transport box for mailing out via the large letter post without additional wrapping and requiring just a tape to seal the box, an address label and postage stamp.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Instructions for ordering multiple boxes
You can now create an order of any 4 of the 'Ultra-Thin' 10cm square boxes to get a 5% discount on the order.
You should first make a note of the Order Codes at the end of the Item Title text of each box, but without placing an indivual order for that box.
You should then press the Choose Options button on this page and enter the four Order Codes you have noted down. For those boxes which have more than 1 available, you can enter the same code for that box multiple times if you want several of the same box.
If you enter more than four codes on this order, only the first four will be included in your order.
If you order less than four codes on this order, the order will be filled out with a box or boxes as close as possible to the others you entered.
If you want to order more than 4 boxes, you can add further separate multiple orders to get eight, 12 or any other multiple of four boxes.
And you can, of course, still order individual boxes.
