This homegrown gourd has been dried and cleaned. Handpainted dragonflies with pigment flakes on the wings to make them shimmer in the sun. Drilled with hundreds of holes. Little pops of blue and green beads glow at night. This emits a warm glow in the evenings. Measures approx 50cm high from base to top of stem and 10cm at its widest part. Nestled on a 8cm LED wood base with USB port. Base covered in navy baise. Ultra stylish and good for the environment. Sent by Royal Mail Track24 Packaging will be both recycled bubble wrap and recyclable cardboard.

I love making these lamps, ther are so many processes involved. From cleaning the gourd, designing, cutting, sanding, painting - several coats! I love mixing the colours too.
