If you would like a different colour, a personalised piece or have an idea for something unique, please send me a message and we can chat about what might be possible. Custom pieces are made to order and may take up to 14 days to dispatch. Ready made items are usually dispatched within three working days. Every order is wrapped in tissue paper and carefully packaged using reused materials wherever possible. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 so you can follow their journey. As every piece is handmade, small variations are part of what makes each one unique. Colours may also vary slightly between screens, although I take my listing photos to represent each piece as accurately as possible. If you have any questions at all, I am always happy to help.

You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
