The exterior has been hand-finished through multiple stages and polished with a plant-based wax sealer for an extra smooth, stone-like feel. The interior is sealed with varnish for durability. Made slowly and finished by hand, it reflects a love of colour, texture and handmade pieces that feel considered, solid and made to be enjoyed every day. Each piece is individually made and finished by hand and may feature visible surface texture, air bubbles, colour variation and slight size or shape differences, making it unique. A cork pad on the base help to protect surfaces. This pot does not have a drainage hole and is intended for indoor use with a plastic nursery pot placed inside. If you require a pot suitable for outdoor use, a drainage hole, or an exterior UV-protected finish for sunny spots, please message me before ordering. Custom options may incur an additional cost and a custom listing can be created if needed. The wax sealer protects and enhances the finish but does not provide UV protection. Keeping handmade mineral pots out of strong direct sunlight will help maintain their colour over time.
