These handmade sterling silver hoop earrings have uncut sapphire gemstones hanging from them. They are a beautiful pair of earrings which are comfortable for everyday wear and would make a great gift idea for a friend's birthday. Sapphires are the birthstone for a September birthday. The raw sapphires are set in recycled sterling silver with little granulation balls at the bottom corner. They are free to move along the sterling silver hoops and can be removed if you wish to wear the hoops on their own, it's like having two pairs of earrings in one. The diameter of the hoop is approximately 2 cm and the sapphire nugget is approximately 8 mm in length although each one is unique in shape.
