This hand crafted stained glass angel features a beautiful royal blue triangular body with natural variations that shift gently in the light. The wings are made from clear, heavily textured glass with deep vein like patterns that give them a wonderfully sculptural, feathered quality. A pale streaky pink iridescent circular head completes the design, topped with a simple wire halo from which the angel hangs. Each piece is hand cut, edged with copper foil, and soldered using the traditional Tiffany method. The finished angel measures approximately 10 cm high by 10.5 cm wide, including the halo. Craft glass naturally contains tiny variations and textures, making every angel unique. Colours have been photographed as faithfully as possible, though they may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting. This angel is part of a small collection, and other colour combinations are available in separate listings if you’d like to build a set or choose a different palette Please ensure that you place (and secure) your glass in a safe location; if the piece falls it is likely to break. This angel was inspired by the depth and calm of twilight blues — that moment when the sky deepens and everything feels still. The royal blue body glass, with its natural shifts and variations, carries that sense of quiet richness. The clear wings, with their deep, vein like texture, immediately suggested movement and structure, almost like carved feathers or ripples of light. Pairing them with a pale streaky pink head brought a soft, gentle warmth to balance the bold body colour. Hanging the angel from its wire halo gives it a floating, peaceful presence. This piece was made to bring a sense of serenity and quiet beauty to any window or cosy corner.
This item is glass and therefore breakable. Please handle with care and secure the item to a fixed point. All edges have been ground to remove sharpness. Consider how you display the glass and that it is in a safe location away from wagging dog tails or small hands! Lead solder has been used but this is very low risk. However, I always wash my hands after handling to reduce the risk to zero.
