Rustic Doorstop Handmade With Forged Steel Ring

Blacksmith forged ring and staple doorstop made of sustainable sourced English Oak Suitable for indoor or outdoor use Weigh 3kg, 30cm (12") tall and 12.5cm (5") wide approx. Please have a look at the video of these being made on my YouTube channel Woodforgeuk Made from sustainably sourced Oak trees that I have personally sawmilled into suitable pieces to show the natural beauty of the wood grain Also fitted with a steel staple and ring that I have blacksmith forged Surface is finished with boiled linseed oil No part of this product is made from reclaimed timber or premade factory pressed steel, they are pure artisan craftwork. Oak can sometimes form checks or small cracks, this is a natural formation and part of its character it does not affect its function Therefore each doorstop is unique and may vary from the photos shown Oak is very durable but if left outside for prolonged periods please bear in mind that the grain appearance may fade or check from exposure to sunlight and rain just like other outdoor furniture and fencing this is perfectly normal You can apply a light coat of oil each year
