It's reversible different pattern on both sides. You can also wear this as a knitted choker. It ties at the back to adjust the size. Inspired by wanting something I could wear to keep my hair tickling my face and adjust myself as I have areas of tenderness around my ears and jaw. Anything giving a slight pressure can feel very painful. These can be hand or machine washed (please use a garment bag if you are putting in the washing machine to avoid stretching and tangling with other items). If you hand wash, please don't wring it. Squash it between a clean towel to remove excess water and dry flat for best results.
