Rowan the Woodland Pixie

Rowan began as a quiet idea on a day when I needed a small spark of magic. I had been thinking about the way certain objects — the handmade ones, the ones stitched with intention — can shift the feeling of a room. As I shaped his little face and stitched his clothes, he started to take on a personality of his own — a mix of mischief and kindness, the sort of pixie who would tuck himself onto a shelf and quietly watch over the home. Rowan was made to remind people of small joys: the rustle of leaves, the comfort of handmade things, the belief that a bit of luck can be invited in with open hands.
