Handmade Ceramic Earrings: Bright Orange Glazed Clay, Hypoallergenic Hooks, Eart

These beautiful handmade bright orange round ceramic earrings are completely unique and every pair are slightly different. I make all my jewellery from clay I forage myself from around my little cabin in Bristol UK, making them some of the most sustainable earrings in the world! I have been working with foraged clay for a couple of years now and am obsessed with the beautiful texture created when paired with these rich deep glazes! Once I have processed the clay and made my earring designs, they are then fired to earthenware temperatures (1150 Celsius) and become ceramic. The picture shows the design and glaze used but due to the exciting nature of ceramics each pair will have slight variations. The backs are unglazed exposing the wild terracotta coloured clay. The hooks are made with hypoallergenic stainless steel. These earrings make a thoughtful well presented gift for any occasion.
