About this item
A handmade lemon garland. Each of the eleven lemons suspended along this garland, are sewn using a combination of 100% wool felt, cotton cloth, glitter cloth and free hand machine embroidery; multiple layers of cloth are sewn together and cut out by hand using very sharp scissors. The lemons are suspended on a linen thread and can be moved along the length, allowing a little creativity with spacing. A delightful hanging decoration which would compliment any room but especially the kitchen. Measuring approximately 130cm in length, with the lemons measuring approximately 6cm by 5cm and the lemon slices approximately 6cm by 3cm. Your garland will be sent wrapped in tissue with in a cream drawstring bag with a stitched star on the strings. Please note that the fabric buttons are not part of this design and the garland you will receive will differ slightly from the photographed one, making it unique. For decorative purposes only. Designed, handmade, sewn and hand finished by me in Oxfordshire.
