Christmas Brooch - Nostalgic Winter Scene pin brooch in fabric and felt

Lovely little brooches with nostalgic scenes that look like a feel-good Christmas movie. Snowy cottages, swans, or a colourful christmas tree. Which would you choose? Perfect for wearing to the office instead of a Christmas jumper, this brooch would also make a fabulous Secret Santa gift or stocking filler. Sent wrapped in tissue in a sturdy cardboard box, the ornament is ideal for gifting by post. Part of my zero-waste approach to crafting, I fussy-cut the scenes from fabric reclaimed from a pre-loved duvet cover. I've paired it up with wool felt in beautiful teal, aqua, red or green, machine-stitching it in place to catch any stray threads. The metal brooch bar fastening has a rolling safety lock, and has been securely hand-stitched to the back. The felt is made by hand in Nepal, and is thicker than standard felt so the brooch sits nicely. Size: approx 2 inches by 3.5 inches (5cm by 8.5cm).
