The background is gelli printed with cogs in copper paint. This is a very dapper penguin in his Steampunk outfit of top hat and goggles, complete with waistcoat and cravat! Size approx A4 - 21 x 29.5cm (8 x 11inches) Supplied cellowrapped and easy to fit into a standard frame. (Can be cut down if needed) Very cute and unusual. (Hand printed so all slightly different)
