We use Royal Mail for envelopes and small parcels. Larger parcels, including most artworks, are sent to either a Parcelshop or Lockers. Although this is not as convenient as having a delivery to your home, it does offer two benefits. Firstly, it is much cheaper and no one likes to spend more than they have to, and secondly, the parcels are subjected to significantly less handling and so are much less likely to be damaged in transit. If you prefer, we can arrange for delivery directly to you. Let us know, and we can discuss costs prior to shipment.

Useful Information
You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.
