Stained Glass Bee over Grass Suncatcher - Handmade Window Decoration

Bee over grass suncatcher made using beautiful stained glass. This handmade stained glass bee suncatcher is definitely a unique piece of glass art which would look beautiful hung in your window. The grass leaves are cut freehand, without a pattern so every suncatcher of this type us totally different. The grasses have been made from 6 types of green stained glass, ranging from very light to dark green and turquoise glass. The bee has been made from yellow water glass and clear textured glass for the wings. This piece will add some lovely colours to brighten even the most gloomy window. Each piece of glass has been hand cut, ground foiled and soldered together. A patina has been applied to the stripes on the bee to blacken the solder. A double length of tinned twisted copper wire has been added to form the wire surround and two rings and a length of fishing line attached for hanging purposes. This measures cms wide x cms high. I will supply one window hook with ever suncatcher so you will be able to hang as soon as received. Please remember to wet the plunger before pushing firmly onto the window. I normally post the following working day and this will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature. Please note as made from glass if dropped could break causing sharp edges so care should be taken. These as pre not toys so please keep out of the reach of children.
