Handmade Worry Stone – Blue-Green

This ceramic worry stone was created in my small ceramic studio. It is made from natural clay, fired at over 1220°C. This makes the ceramic piece very durable, water-resistant and pleasant to hold. As a result, your calm stone can stay with you for many years – a daily companion in moments of relaxation. The front is glazed in a blue-green shade, smooth and pleasant to the touch. The back is left unglazed, showing the natural clay surface and my butterfly stamp – a symbol of calm, change and presence. Each stone is one of a kind, shaped and glazed by hand – no two are ever the same. This makes your calm stone truly special. How to use it: - Hold it in your hand when you feel tense or restless - Gently rub the glazed side with your thumb - Focus on your breathing and repeat an affirmation like: "I am calm" or "I am here". In hand reflexology, the thumb is associated with reflex points linked to the head, neck and sinus area. Gently stimulating these points may encourage relaxation, ease tension and support focus. It's also a beautiful tool for daily self-care, mindfulness, or grounding – a simple ritual to pause, breathe, and return to balance.
