You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Usually, my straps are hand painted and hand decorated which often makes them 'special occassion' straps to stand out at gigs, clubs and festivals. Ukes don't just go fancy places, though and I felt I wanted to make a range that could go to the park or the beach, sit in the car, come out in the garden ... These straps are still handmade and beautiful but made from a pre-printed cotton so they are more suitable to chuck in the bottom of your gig-bag for everyday use.
