The design is ''Macsen'' This tiled pattern of mirrored Art Nouveau flowers was hand-drawn in the Liberty studio and guided by the philosophy of prolific designer and theorist Christopher Dresser. Rooted in Dresser's influential 1862 book 'The Art of Decorative Design', Macsen is an elegant embrace of nature's fundamental principles- symmetry, order, growth, repetition, and alteration. This pocket handkerchief measures 28cm in length. (11 inches) The seams have been double stitched for strength. Machine wash at 40 degrees, or gently handwash.
