Hand painted fabric and thread remnants were repurposed to create this pair of abstract textile art greeting cards. A unique way of creating, with pieces that may otherwise have been thrown away. I enhance the fabric and thread collage with hand embroidery to create these unique cards. Mounted onto 4 x 4 inch acid free Kraft card. Comes with envelopes and blank paper insert to write your own message. Suitable for any occasion. The cards can also be put into a small frame to create your own pieces of original textile art. Colours may vary due to to different screen settings, but I do try to give as true representation as possible in photographs.

I hate waste, of any sort, so I always try to use up offcuts of fabric and thread in creative ways. I am very conscious of the need for us all to reduce the amounts of waste sent to landfill.
