Fused Glass Rainbow Dish Flowers Handmade gift Floral Mothers day Mum

Part of my Joysofglass Fused Glass collection. All handcut by me, decorated and then fused in my kiln. My glass fusing kiln is only small so these fused glass pieces are all one-off designs, no mass production possible. A shallow 12 square dish, twice times fired in my kiln, first to full fuse all the glass together, 2nd to slump it over a little mould into a shallow dish shape. This dish is very special and quite unique and very much one of a kind. At the base is a layer of bright yellow transparent Bullseye glass. This is topped with 3 rainbow flowers which I had prefused. They have 6 petals each and have a dichroic glass nugget in the cetnre. I've then infilled round the flowers with opaque tomato red glass frit to give a really vibrantly coloured dish. I've added snippets of precious dichroic glass around the dish to give it a luxurious finish.. It is very tactile as I have deliberately fused lower than full fuse temperature which leaves it with a slight 3D feel and visual effect. A lovely dish for your trinkets but really you can just enjoy it as a unique ornament, piece of glass artisty. Made from Bullseye glass, handcut, shaped, layered and decorated with a unique design. The dish measures 12 cm. It will be sent smothered in bubble wrap in my rather innovative (takeaway) packaging which keeps it very safe for postage. This will make a lovely present for yourself of for someone you love and is guaranteed to be totally unique.
