Once upon a time - some time around the late 1970s - a keen quilter (maybe inspired by the great quilting revival of that period) popped into the Harrods haberdashery department and bought a packet of templates by the Quiltery for her latest project. I don't think the Quiltery exists any more and I know Harrods don't do haberdashery these days - the rest I've speculated on. It cost her £1.50 but then she never opened them. Why not? Quilt templates cost so much these days. Why not get vintage ones and buy into a little bit of craft history. I haven't opened this packet but I can feel through the paper that they're fine. Packet measures 17cm by 10cm.
