This Tartan Ruffle Hat Clip' is ready made and can be posted straight away. Created with three navy blue goose feathers trimmed to an arrow point, softened with a curled plume of iridescent peacock flume. Complemented with a large Black Watch tartan ruffle made with 40 mm wide ribbon and finished with a large Brass Celtic button. Made on a round piece of felt for backing with a small silver plated croc clip with teeth underneath, facing downwards so it can be clipped onto a hat band. It also doubles as a cool hair clip as well. Overall Size approx 16.5 cm high x 11 cm wide Ruffle 9 cm diameter Button 23 mm Clip 4.5 cm long HAT NOT INCLUDED... Perfect for a small splash of colour to finish off a plain felt hat, like a Fedora, Panama, Country hat, Beret, Trilby or Bowler hat. They can also be clipped onto a large wedding hat.
