This design is inspired by the novel 'Wuthering Heights' by Emily Brontë. In the novel, Heathcliff is likened to a cuckoo and Cathy to a lapwing. (I have an accompanying print featuring a lapwing.)

Full description
A large-sized Lino print with a layered screen-printed background ready to frame. This artwork features a cuckoo sat on top of one of the 'cuckoo stones' found on Haworth Moor in Yorkshire. A skein of geese are flying over him. I hand-cut the stencils for each colour and carved the Lino for the top layer printed in black. I will send the print carefully rolled and packaged in a strong cardboard tube by registered first class post. Size: approximately 70cm x 50cm (If you would prefer it sending flat, please contact me.)
