I love these fluorite beads with their almost luminous translucency that seems filled with light, and their gorgeous range of colours. Fluorite has been called 'the most colourful mineral in the world' because it can be found in all colours of the spectrum. A translucent stone, the most commonly found shades are green, purple, yellow, and blue. Fluorite was associated with the Roman goddess Minerva, Goddess of Wisdom. It was thought to stimulate the brain, bringing harmony, clarity and calm.
