You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Requests for returns/refunds for the following returns shall not be entertained: - any items that were on sale - any "Ready To Ship" items - any items that have been customised/personalised - any items that appear (slightly) different in colour - either due to different display monitor/screen settings, or any striations/markings on natural gemstones - any items that have been damaged or broken due to improper care Please return all items in their original packaging and via a tracked service to avoid any possible losses etc.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
